We have introduced three powerful, pre-configured roles that match the reality of a modern mobile retail and service business:
1. The Technician Focused 100% on the workshop. Technicians can view job cards, update repair statuses, and see the inventory needed for their parts. They *cannot* see your total sales, profit margins, or shop-level settings.
2. The Accountant Perfect for your bookkeeper or CA. This role gives transparency into sales, expenses, and GST reports. They can export what they need for filing, but they won't be distracted by job cards or inventory adjustments.
3. The Supervisor Your right-hand person. The Supervisor can manage other staff, view all reports, and even override certain sensitive actions. This role is designed for floor managers who run the show while you're away.

How to Add a New Staff Member (Step-by-Step)
Setting up your team in MobiBix takes less than 60 seconds. Here is how:
1. Navigate to Staff Management: Click on 'Staff Management' in your sidebar. 2. Open Invite Modal: Click the blue "Invite Staff" button in the top right. 3. Enter Details: Fill in the name, email, and phone number of your team member. 4. Assign the Role: Use the dropdown to select one of our new templates (Technician, Accountant, or Supervisor). You can also leave it as "Default Staff" for general access. 5. Assign Branches: If you run multiple shops, pick exactly which branches this person should have access to. 6. Send Invitation: Click "Send Invitation." Your staff member will receive an email to join your tenant immediately.
